Thank you!
We wanted to send out a big thank you to our PTO for our sweet treats delivery this week. A special thanks to Tammie Stewert, Carly Waters, Sarah Christie, Cara Kugler, Laura Wilmington, Angela Cook, and Brenda Stringer. Our staff was very appreciative!
Party Pick-Up for Current Remote Learners
In preparation for our winter party next week, we will have a party supply pick-up in the front loop this Wednesday, December 16th from 8:00-9:00 a.m. We would love for all of our remote families to come by to pick up your child's materials that will be used during class parties snacks, craft, etc.). It is a great way for our kids to be connected and a part of our winter party even though they are not in the classroom. If that time does not work with your schedule, please call the front office to coordinate a pick-up anytime starting Wednesday.
** First-grade families do not need to come during this time, as your grade level will communicate your pick-up routine.
Staff Deliveries
We have had several remote families reach out regarding a way to deliver any staff cards, gifts, etc. they had planned to do. Please feel free to call our front office to coordinate this, if needed. If it is convenient to do it during the party pick-up, that will work as well.
Teacher of the Year
Logan Maloney is our Town Center Elementary Teacher of the Year! We were able to surprise her Wednesday after school with the news. We are so proud of all that she has done and continues to do as an educator at TCE. We are lucky to have her! If you'd like to see her Teacher of the Year reveal, click here.
Reminder: Food & Toy Drive
Kindergarten and First Grade will be working with the Coppell Lions Club to coordinate a food and toy drive at Town Center. This will help to provide food and toys for more than 100 Coppell families during the holidays. We'd love for our learners in grades K-5 to bring canned food items and/or a new, unwrapped toy to donate starting December 1st through December 15th. If you are a face-to-face learner, you may drop your items by the TCE Giving Tree in the front of the school, and canned foods can be put in the boxes at the end of each hallway. Virtual learners may call the front office at 214-496-7800 to make arrangements to drop off your donation in the front loop during school hours. THANK YOU for your support!
Reminder: Town Center Yearbooks
Our 2020-2021 Town Center Yearbook is now available for purchase. The cost is $25, and they will arrive in the spring. Click here to place your order. **Please note that the yearbook cost Is NOT INCLUDED in the TCE Trail Pass.
