Fall Sports
We as a school and community are very excited and proud of the accomplishments of all our fall athletes. As we prepare to send our fourth sport to the State Championships on Saturday, we wanted to take a moment to recognize our other State Championship individuals and teams from the fall season:
• Alora Patel, Girls Tennis
• Girls Cross Country Team; Kate Carson, Savannah Hohe, Tayma Jmiai, Aitana Lopez Quintela, Jenna Stump, Molly Stump, Alaina Williams
• Noah Williams, Boys Cross Country

Thanksgiving Break
We will have Early Dismissal on Tuesday, November 22nd.
School will resume on Monday, November 28th.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Tuesday, November 15th: 4:00pm-7:15pm
Parents are be able to schedule appointments online by going to the High School webpage on limashawnee.com and clicking on the High School Parent Teacher conferences link in the Menu. This will direct you to a Google Spreadsheet. Click on the link for the teacher(s) with whom you wish to make an appointment and provide the required information. A confirmation email will be sent to you once a conference is scheduled. Please save this confirmation email! You will need to use this confirmation email if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.
Conferences with your students’ guidance counselor can be scheduled by going to the Guidance Web Page on limashawnee.com, choosing High School from the Schools drop down tab, choosing High School Guidance/Guidance Website from the Menu, and then choosing the box to “Book an appointment” with the appropriate counselor.

National Honor Society Tutoring
NHS Tutoring is now also offered during the school day on Tuesdays and Thursdays! See your school counselor for more information.
Math Tutoring
Mrs. Keller, one of our high school math teachers, is offering tutoring to all students every Thursday until 3pm in Room 210.

Shawnee High School Alumni Scholarship
A new scholarship was created to benefit our seniors, starting with the Class of 2022: The Lima Shawnee Alumni-Legacy Scholarship Fund.
Trying to find a way to give back during the holiday season? Consider participating in Giving Tuesday on November 29th and donate to the Lima Shawnee Alumni-Legacy Scholarship Fund. Visit Request Form
Students must take the following steps in order to make a college/career/military visitation on school days:
1. Arrange the visit with the college
2. Complete the Google form on the guidance website under Senior Important Information.
3. Wait for confirmation/approval from guidance (through school email).
4. Confer with each teacher prior to the visit in order to arrange for make up work.
5.Bring a paper or email confirmation of the visit from the college to school counselor.
