Team Assignments & Summer Orientations
WHAT TEAM ARE YOU ON?
Student team assignments and schedules will be finalized and viewable in Home Access Center (HAC) beginning Monday, August 15, 2022 at 9:00AM.
Please be reminded that team assignments should be considered final. Adjustments to student teams is not likely once the schedules are set.
SUMMER ORIENTATIONS
Students and parents are encouraged to to join our summer orientation programs according the schedule below:
- 8:30 - 9:30 TEAM ALLEGIANCE
- 9:45 - 10:45 TEAM JUSTICE
- 11:00 - 12:00 TEAM ASPIRE
THURSDAY, AUGUST 18 ~ 8TH GRADE
- 8:30 - 9:30 TEAM FORTITUDE
- 9:45 - 10:45 TEAM INTEGRITY
- 11:00 - 12:00 TEAM HONOR
All orientations will begin in the AUDITORIUM and all students should be accompanied by an adult.
At the orientations students will recieve a hard copy of their schedule. We will begin with a short student presentation, then the students will be allowed to explore the building to find their classrooms and lockers. We will have a parent presentation while the students explore.
If you can't make this date, please know the first day of school is set aside just for our 7th grade students. Rest assured, all of our students become acclimated to our building in short order.

ATHLETICS
Holland Middle School Fall Sports 2022-2023: Participation Requirements
This message contains important information for students interested in participating in sports at Holland Middle School in the 2022-2023 school year. In order to participate or attend tryouts, every student must have a completed PIAA athletic physical packet, an online CCET concussion-education program and an online Impact baseline concussion test for this school year. All three items must be completed online by Tuesday, September 6th, 2022 for ALL fall athletes (Lightweight Football, Heavyweight Football, Boys Soccer, Girls Field Hockey, Girls Volleyball, and Cheer). Athletes that do NOT complete all three items will not be able to participate in tryouts. There are no exceptions! All other athletes in winter and spring will need to turn in forms and complete concussion training before the beginning of those seasons.
Lightweight and Heavyweight football practices will start on Tuesday September 6th, 2022 from 3:15-4:45pm. Tryouts for all other fall sports will start on Thursday, September 8th, 2022 from 3:15-4:45pm. Please be prepared to attend practice/tryouts for that week and into the following week. All athletes must have a ride home at 4:45pm (there are no buses).
