First Grade Field Trip

• Where: Kansas City Zoo
• When: Wednesday, May 14th, 2025
• How much does it cost: it is free! (if you are volunteering you will need to pay for entrance beforehand, or at the zoo on the 14th).
• It is recommended that your child wears tennis shoes
• Departure time: 9:30 from MLE
• Arrival time: 2:30 at MLE

The student field trip permission slip will be sent home in their THURSDAY FOLDER. The permission slip is required in order for your child to attend the field trip. Please have them turned in by APRIL 30TH.

It is TWO SIDED please complete both sides.

• Bring a sack lunch in a disposable bag with your child's first and last name on it.
• Lunches available from the cafeteria- please preorder (there is a place to do this on the permission slip)
