We are excited to be bringing our students back to school in our beautiful new building! Patience is going to be the key for all of us, and we want to thank the students, parents, and community in advance for your patience. All high school students will need to come directly to the high school on Monday. The HS teachers that are still located in the middle school will be meeting with all of their classes in the new high school cafeteria/commons area.

Seniors and juniors will park at the new high school. Please be looking for cones with signs on them to help direct you Monday morning. Sophomores and a few juniors will need to park in the gravel lot between what is now the middle school and elementary buildings.

All drivers need to enter the parking lot using the concrete entrance that is at the new crosswalk.

Athletes and parents are reminded that students will not be allowed to participate in the first day of fall practices on Monday, August 9th, without a current physical on file. Physicals currently on file are good for two years unless the physician indicated otherwise. A participation form will be required annually.

A Blair Oaks Athletic Event Pass can be purchased for an entire family (parents and children KG-12th grade) or for an individual. The pass is good for all middle school and high school home games during the school year with the exception of district events hosted by Blair Oaks for MSHSAA, Missouri State High School Activities Association.

Please check to be sure the registered auto information printed on your schedule is accurate. If an automobile is NOT listed, a High School Parking Lot Agreement must be turned in before the student has permission to park on campus.

Each class will have a designated parking lot. As soon as we get the individual locations marked, we will be assigning spots and tags. To start the school year, we will have cones with signs in the new lot for seniors and juniors, until spots are assigned. Seniors and juniors have designated lots at the new building. Sophomores and some juniors will have to park at the gravel lot between what is now the middle school and elementary schools. All student drivers need to be looking for these signs when they arrive on Monday morning. We will be discussing the plans with the students during our meetings on the 1st day of school.

High school students will receive supply lists from teachers during the first days of school via the course syllabus. Students should bring basic supplies, i.e. pencil, pen, and notebook/paper with them on the first day.

All students taking a math class will need TI-84 graphing calculator...it can be battery-operated or rechargeable.

This event is for parents only. The same information will be covered with students during their classes at school. We will focus on preparing your student for post-secondary plans.

Breakfast and lunch prices will remain the same as last school year. Meal prices are shown below. Please pay in advance for school lunches or extra milks. Notices will be sent home when meal balance reaches zero.

We will start the 21-22 school year offering free meals for our students through the federal waiver that we used last year. We are hopeful that this free waiver will apply for the entire school year. Please be on the lookout for additional meal information in the next few weeks.

$ 2.30 = Meal Price, High School Students
$ .40 = Reduced Meal Price, High School Students

If you think you qualify for free/reduced lunch prices, we encourage you to apply. Applications will be available at registration. Acceptance is based on annual income and the number of family members. If your financial status changes at any time during the year, applications are available. Direct your application to the principal’s office. All applications will be kept confidential.
