IMPORTANT Grand National Championships UPDATE!
Grand National Championships Information UPDATE - week of September 24th
We know you are getting excited as we get closer to our planned trip to Indianapolis, so we wanted to pass along the latest updates and information.
Students traveling to Indy were given instructions on how to sign up for a room with their roommates should be completed. If you have questions about that process, please contact Jessica Gonzalez at chaperones@hebronband.org.
According to the Music Travel payment schedule, you should have paid $975.00 into your account. Remember these payments are made directly to Music Travel, and NOT the Booster Club. Make sure to log into your Music Travel Account to verify you are on track. Keep in mind that payments to Music Travel apply ONLY to the trip in November and are separate from the band fees that the Booster Club collects through Presto.
Per the established schedule, your trip must be paid in full by October 18th.
Double-check your account balance today and make sure you are on track with your payments. Your account with Music Travel must be settled before we depart, or they will not allow your student to board the bus. Contact Music Travel at support@musictravel.com if you have questions regarding your account or balance.
We hope you all are looking forward to this trip as much as we are. We know that everyone has been working hard on the show and we look forward to the competition.
