A Season of Celebration
We invite all our students and staff to join us in celebrating the season!
Classroom Holiday Parties
Classroom teachers will be sending home communication about their parties and how parents can help support their child(ren)'s class!
If you will be attending your child's holiday party, please complete the following form by Monday, December 11th. Students are limited to 2 guests. Non school-aged children do count as a guest.
Although you are pre-registering, we still need your physical ID the day of the party at check-in. Filling out this pre-registration form will help us scan you in for a faster check-in process. Please be patient with us the day of the party to get everyone safely and securely checked into our building. Also please be mindful that parking will be tight.
If you will be attending multiple parties, please complete this form for each child's party you plan on attending.
⛄Holiday Party RSVP⛄
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF PARTIES:
Arrive Early! The check in process will take extra time. Parking will be extremely limited. All parking lot signs should be followed. If you park in a fire lane, you are subject to towing.
Visitors will only be allowed entry through the front doors.
Every guest will be required to show physical photo identification (i.e. drivers license, Photo ID, passport) before receiving your stickers- including those who pre-registered. Your ID will be taken and held until you leave the building. Parents will be allowed to go to the classrooms 5 minutes prior to the party start time. Photos of IDs will not be accepted.
In order to have a safe number of people in the classroom, only 2 guests will be allowed per student. Non school-aged children will count as a guest.
Students from other grade levels may not attend parties for their siblings. Once you check a child out of school from a party, they may not come back on campus.
Please exit the classroom and building as soon as the party time is complete to allow for parking for the next party and/or dismissal.
Children may only be signed out early from the party by parents or one of their emergency contacts listed in Skyward. Students may not be checked out by other students’ parents. If you are checking out students from another grade level, and not the party, you must come to the front desk and check them out through the receptionist. If you have completed the form and indicated you are picking up your child, you will sign off with the teacher and then go to the front office to sign them out.
Thank you for following these procedures. We appreciate your patience while we work to keep everyone in the building safe on these busy days. We are looking forward to celebrating with you and your students!

Attendance Awareness Month is a nationwide event during September recognizing the connection between school attendance and academic achievement. Missing just two days of school a month can significantly impact the student learning progress and over time, chronic absences can put them behind grade level. Be on the lookout for ways we are spotlighting good attendance on our social media channels and visit www.alvinisd.net/attendance for more information!
