Attending Christmas Parties
In order to be proactive in handling the large numbers of parents that will show up for the classroom Christmas Parties, we are asking that parents fill out the attached form and return it to the school as soon as possible. This form will be sent home with your child as well. Having these forms returned ahead of time should make the process of checking in every parent much easier on that day.
You are also welcome to sign your child out from the classroom and take them after the party. Please sign your child out prior to the end of the party in order to limit the amount of confusion as the teachers prepare their class for dismissal. Thank you for your help with this process.
Principal Chat
The next Principal Chat will be in the cafeteria at 8:15 on Wednesday morning. Mr. Wright will go over things happening on campus (gym construction, Christmas parties, and work surrounding the AC units) as well as visit with parents about any topics of interest.
Frozen Jr.
The cast is ready to do the makeup shows for the production of Frozen Jr. We were lucky enough to have some cast members here to help open doors at the front circle drive this morning. Please see the flyer below for dates of the performances.
STEM Activities
The students have been really enjoying their STEM activities this year. In case you're child has been talking about some of the stations, or if you are interested in getting some of the activities for you child at home, we have decided to share out our more popular stations with you. Please see the attached flyer for information about the activities.
STEM Volunteer Sign Up - Spring Semester
Hello Parents!
Thank you so much to our first round of volunteers that came in and assisted our students during STEM rotations this fall! Your time and energy is greatly appreciated!
We are going to continue providing this opportunity for our students and teachers in the spring. The kids are having a great time with it and our teachers are so appreciative of the additional planning time!
Please consider signing up again, or if you weren't able to volunteer in the fall and would like to in the spring we would love to have you!
PTO Candy Cane Grams
Don't forget that these are due by Dec. 11th.
StuCo Canned Food Drive
Don't forget that our Student Council is collecting canned food for their drive. Please continue to donate.
Kudos
- Mr Whiskers (Wicker) is always willing to step in when coverage or help is needed and does it with a smile on his face. This helps our team and campus stay synergized! (Habit 6 - Synergize)
- Mrs. Blenden and Mrs. Greene for reminding us to incorporate movement into our lessons. The motion made my lessons more engaging for BOTH my students and me! Thanks so much! (Habit 4 - Think Win-Win)
