The Social Committee runs on a self-contained budget. We do not have a line item with the Associations Budget. We get our funds by charging for parties, etc. We have kept that fee minimal so far this year, but our funds are running low. Our big money maker is the Tag Sale coming in March, but in the meantime we are "TAKING DONATIONS" from anyone who is enjoying the events and wants them to continue. Gail Oliveria (401-241-8127- 68E) is the Treasurer and would be happy to accept any donations to keep the committee afloat. Thank you for considering in advance.

INFO FROM THE BEACH RESTORATION COMMITTEE
From the Beach Restoration Committee
In order for the community to thrive and enjoy our resources, the Beach Restoration Committee is working toward keeping our beach in the best shape possible. This includes replacing sand, cleaning sand, caring for Tiki huts and managing erosion.
Here are a few things you can do:
Beach Etiquette
Did you know it is unlawful to remove live conchs from the beach? Please leave these animals in place, do not remove them and their pretty shells from the shore.
Yes, it’s ok to bring a fire pit onto the beach, please remove them by 9 A.M. the following day. Bring a metal bucket to aid in disposal of ashes which should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Do not dump any debris on the beach or the rock retaining walls.
There are lounge chairs stored by the kayaks for use on the beach. If you borrow one please return it. Do not remove any furniture from the pool enclosure.
Our oyster bags protect the beach from erosion. Please do not climb on them or ride kayaks over them. There are breaks between the bags which provide travel lanes.
Carry out everything you carry onto the beach or to the Tiki huts. Take care not to leave toys, garbage, drinking cups, etc. And please clean up after your dogs.
People need to be labeling their air conditioning units and making sure that they stay labeled! Thank you in advance!

Ceridian Office Park
The Addison Skyway Marina Residencies
Marina Walk
Real estate is "BOOMING" around us
Altis Cardinal, a real estate company based in Miami-Dade County, bought 34 acres of St. Petersburg land currently home to the Ceridian Office Park at 3201 34th Street S.
The sale closed Wednesday for $40 million in cash, according to a news release and property records. Altis Cardinal called it St. Petersburg’s “largest land purchase in decades.”
The company plans to keep about 180,000 of the existing 380,000 square feet of office space, a spokeswoman said, and the current tenants will be allowed to stay. But the new development will also feature up to about 1,500 apartments and approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, adding to a “new living corridor” in the Skyway Marina District.
The project is expected to break ground in early 2023.
Construction continues with The Addison Skyway Marina Residencies, the Sur Club, and the Marina Walk luxury apartments.
