Requesting FLEX credit NOT found in Eduphoria

You will not need to complete these steps if all of your 24 FLEX hours are accounted for in Eduphoria Workshop. For OUTSIDE FLEX credit:

Open EDUPHORIA
Select WORKSHOP
Click MY PORTFOLIO (left column)
Click ADD NEW PORTFOLIO ENTRY (bottom left corner)
Click Outside Workshop or Conference (top of page)
Click NEXT (bottom right corner)
Insert Title/Description of Workshop/Conference
Click NEXT (bottom right corner)
Insert Starting Date (and time if you wish)
Click NEXT
Insert Ending Date (and time if you wish)
Click NEXT
Click YES-District Credit
Flex Hours-6 (unless it was 2 or more days then 12)
Click NEXT
Associate Goals -- you can skip this and just Click NEXT
Choose Submit for Approval (upper left)

Click NEXT
Click FINISH

Be sure and email your principal when you have submitted your FLEX hours for approval.

Google Migration

You have new logins for EVERYTHING. Eduphoria, email (now in Gmail), PowerSchool, And Google Apps have all changed to your username@seminoleisd.net. Passwords did not change. However, if your password is only 7 characters, you may have issues. Please let Abi, Corny, or Lynn know if you have trouble.

If you are a Chrome user, you will need to create a new Person in Chrome. Do not remove or delete the old k12 account just yet.

You will now have 2 or more "People" in Chrome. Switch between the two as needed, but try to work out of the "new you", your seminoleisd.net account. Switch Person actually opens up an entirely new Chrome window, so you can keep both accounts up, in 2 separate Chrome windows, as long as you need.

Please compare your new seminoleisd.net Drive to your old seminole.k12.tx.us Drive. You will see some differences, and it may take a while for items to load.

Folders might be deconstructed, and you might have more or less of them.
Files may appear missing because they are in a different spot or because they didn't fully migrate.
Use the SEARCH DRIVE option at the very top of Drive to locate files, then reorganize them.
Share something from the old you to the new you if you can't find them through searching.
You can make the new you the owner of the old files if you aren't already.
Ask people to re-share items to the new you if they've disappeared.

With the migration of our accounts, the folder needs a few adjustments. I will be updating the files and users and will let you know via email when the folder is fully operational.
