TASPA Weekly Updates

Our Mission: To utilize arts integration to develop creative and critical thinkers equipped with the ability to reach full potential in a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment.

Our Vision: To enhance the quality of life for all students and develop creative learners by providing a deeper understanding of all subjects through arts integration.

• This week we will have two meal pick up days. After this week, we will continue with meal distribution on Fridays from 10:30-12:00.

• Meals are available at any of the school locations listed below:

· Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School

· Northridge Middle School

· The Alberta School of Performing Arts

· Eastwood Middle School

· Central High School

· Skyland Elementary School

· Arcadia Elementary School

Mobile Feeding Sites Include:

· Hay Court Apartments

· Copper Creek Apartments

· Creekwood Apartments

· Forester Gardens Apartments

· University Manor Apartments

· Wood Village Apartments

Breakfast and lunch will be served to on campus students at all schools. Meal bags will contain five breakfasts and five lunches. Your child(ren) do not need to be with you when you pick up meals.

• Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for students in the GREEN group will go home on Monday, September 21

• Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for students in the GRAY group will go home on Wednesday, September 23.

• Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for full-time virtual students will be sent out this week. Watch for them in the mail soon. Please note that progress reports will be mailed to the addresses we have in I-Now. If your address is incorrect, please come to the school to fill out a change of address form.

On Friday we received a donation of over 40 cases of water for our students! We are extremely thankful to all of the parents and community organizations who contributed to this project. It truly takes a village, and we are grateful for all of the support for our students! Thank you!

Our front office hours are from 8:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday. You are required to wear a mask when entering the building. Also, please refrain from bringing children and other family members with you, as we are only allowing a few people in the front office area at a time.
