Every month SDoL is highlighting one career cluster. Career clusters are a selection of jobs within one of 16 different areas as defined by the US Department of Labor.


In Demand Local Careers

The demand for Sales Managers is expected to grow by 5.4% by 2024 in Lancaster County. This career requires a bachelors or masters degree with an entry salary of $69,950 and a median salary of $117,870 in Lancaster County.


Local Postsecondary Training Option

West Chester and Elizabethtown College both offer bachelors and masters programs in business.
