EBC Family,

Make plans to join us at the Park in Corn this Sunday afternoon from 5:00-7:00 for a Church-wide Potluck Fellowship. Everyone will need to bring at least 2 dishes - preferably a main dish and either a side dish or dessert. We will start eating at 5:00. You’ll also want to bring lawn chairs - lawn games are also welcome.

If you are interested or planning to go on our Church Family Camping Trip to New Mexico July 19-23, please let me know. I need a head count so we can plan for food.

Pray for our 9 sponsors and 28 children at Kids Camp this week. Kids Camp was the highlight of my summer many times - both as a camper and later as a sponsor. Pray for their safety, for fun, and for lots of spiritual conversations that lead our kids closer to Jesus. We still need 3 more scholarships for kids at camp - the cost is $75. Talk to Dana Nickels if you can help.

Please also pray specifically at this time that God will send us qualified candidates to consider as our next Youth and Children’s Minister. In the past few years across our state, there have been fewer and fewer ministers applying for church positions. Gone are the days of Search Committees working through dozens of resumes - many churches now only receive a couple of resumes for an open position. So please pray that God will send us resumes of qualified candidates to consider.

Terrific Tuesday - EBC KIDS

1st - 6th grade join us this summer for Terrific Tuesdays!

July 13 (Thursday)- Roman Nose State Park

Time: Leave the church @ 9am and return by 5pm

Cost: $20 per person, pack a sack lunch.

Bring water, swim suit, towel, and sunscreen!

Cost covers putt putt, paddles boats, and swimming

August 8- Blue Zoo

Time: Leave the church @ 9am and return by 5pm

Cost: $15 per person, pack a sack lunch.

Additionally if you are a volunteer and your child is not entering at least 1st grade in the Fall please fill out a child registration form in the binder.
