The DC Camp Fair is one of the PTA’s biggest fundraisers, and we rely on volunteers to help make this a successful event. It's also an opportunity to showcase our school to the larger community.
There are a number of ways you can help – both on Saturday, March 4, and in the days leading up to the main event!
1. Support the Bake Sale – The PTA is requesting donations of homemade or store-bought items to sell during the camp fair. Everything must be NUT-FREE and individually packaged/wrapped. Items can be dropped off at school by 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 3, or no later than 9 a.m. on Saturday, March.
2. Volunteer at the DC Camp Fair – We’ll need help on Friday, March 3, from 5-7 p.m., and for the event itself on Saturday, March 4. We have many different roles to fill, including greeting camp representatives, welcoming attendees, selling concessions, helping direct traffic flow throughout the event, and more!
For more information, contact the jowilsonpta@gmail.com or go to DCCampFair.com.
Please help spread the word to your communities outside of J.O.
