If you are visiting Evergreen for a meeting or volunteering, you will need to provide your driver's license every time you are coming in. We have a new security system that provides an additional layer of security for adults that are coming into the building. Thank you very much!!

PTA is facilitating and offering pizza hot lunch again this year. The forms and payments are due by Wednesday, September 20th.

If you are willing to help support families in need, you can round up your total or donate a specific amount to build the SOAR fund. This PTA fund will be used to help support our Evergreen families in need of financial support.

If you would like your child to participate in hot lunch day, but need some assistance, please contact Sarah Smith.

Know anyone who is great with kids and is looking for a part-time position? We are looking for a lunchroom supervisor at Evergreen. The hours are 10:45-1:45 everyday.

Please make sure that dogs and pets are not on Evergreen property during arrival and dismissal. This includes the grassy area by the marquee in the front of the building. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please call the Evergreen Office, 630-876-7810, to report your child's absence no later than 8:00 AM the day of the absence. Please only email your child's classroom teacher about an absence after you have called the office. You can leave a message about an absence on the attendance line at anytime.

October 11th: Early Release (Dismissal @ 2:15, No preschool attendance)

October 20th: Early Dismissal (Dismissal @ 11:40, No preschool attendance)
