Save The Savannah
Savannah in crisis
The African Savannah has been in a drought for 50 years now and losing wildlife. Making the problem to where if we don't act fast the African Savannah as we know it will soon lose all life, therefore causing a huge loss of birds (500 species), mammals (45 species), cheetahs (9,000 to 12,000 remain), lions (32,000 to 35,000 remain), and plenty more.
Of the estimated 32,000 to 35,000 lions more than 5,000 of them are located in small isolated populations putting their survival in doubt.
But lions aren't the only one's that are being affected. Some zebras have been affected as well. Due to habitat loss and hunting Grevy's zebras have become endangered along with plenty more.
Probably one of the most affected animal's from the drought is the elephant. Due to poaching and habitat loss the elephants will be come extinct they have been the longest survivors ever but they will die if you don't help.
