We hope that all are having a wonderful summer! We have missed the students tremendously. We have gotten a little taste of what it will be with Summer U at Swartz but can not wait to see all of our students back in full force come August 23rd. We look forward to seeing everyone soon. You can make payment for your child's school fees through RevTrak by signing on to Skyward. If you do not see a tech fee in RevTrak please contact the school office your child will attend. Please see below for RevTrak payments. You can also come in and make payment by cash or check to any school in our district.

8.9.2023- FTC EPI Supply Pick Up @ Swartz School 4:00- 6:00PM ( Pick will be by the West side gym doors as a drive by pick up)

8.22.2023- Meet & Greet the Teacher @ Swartz School 2:00- 3:00PM ( We encourage our students to bring their supplies to meet the teacher, less to carry on the bus the first day of school.)

8.23.2023- 1st Day of School

8.25.2023- FTC Back to School Social @ Swartz 5:30- 7:30PM

9.4.2023- No School - Labor Day

9.7.2023- Swartz Curriculum Night 6:30-7:30PM

All our half days and full day institute days.

Often there are times when our buses are running late. Westway Coach will notify us when there is a delay in time for buses so we can notify our parents of the bus that is running late. Sometimes a situation can happen when our office is closed and a parent tries to call us. If this is the case you may contact Westway Coach at 630-270-2720. Note that our School Office hours are 7:15 to 3:15 Monday thru Friday.

As a reminder, all students in Kindergarten and any new/transfer/out of state transfer students are required to have:

• Physical and Vision examinations on file by October 15, 2023. The physical and vision exams must be dated within the last 12 months.

• Dental examination on file by May 15th, 2024. The dental exam must be dated between November 15th, 2022 - May 15th, 2024.

Preschool students only need a physical examination.

NO MORE E-PAY! We have rolled out a new way to pay for lunches, school fees and activity fees for students. You can sign up here https://saltcreek48.revtrak.net/. Or you can go to your parent portal in skyward, click on the fee payment tile, then in the far right hand top corner click on the "make online payments" button. This will take you to Revtrak. Make sure to sign up before you try to make payment. Once you can sign in, click the Make a Payment button in the middle of the page. This new service will streamline the payments so you can make a payment or set up recurring payments. This is directly connected to Skyward so you see the money immediately go to your child's account. If you have any questions please email or call your school office.

Preschool Payments: Once in Revtrak you will see in the upper right area an arrow next to SHOP. Click the arrow and pick Preschool in order for you to complete your payment. If you have any questions please email or call the Salt Creek school office.
