What a fun Andrews Games Day! The rain stayed away, providing us with a nice day for all of the outdoor games and activities! It was very obvious that students immensely enjoyed this special day. Coach Landingham, Coach Parlin and Coach Willeford - thank you for your leadership and preparation that resulted in a fabulous Andrews Games Day for all of our Andrews Eagles!

• Watch Me Sculpt

End of the year parties will take place in all classrooms on Thursday, June 1st at 1:30 PM. If you have completed your volunteer background check and plan to volunteer at your child's/ children's parties on Thursday, 6/1, please RSVP to your child's/children's homeroom teacher by Tuesday, 5/30 at 12:00 p.m. to let them know that you are coming. Please know that small children and younger siblings are not permitted due to space. Having an RSVP list ahead of time will enable us to expedite the office check-in process for you on that afternoon. Thank you!

Walk 'n Roll Wednesdays

Students enjoyed their Wednesday morning walk with our wonderful Andrews teachers and Nurse Sherbert! Walking is great for the brain. Walking regularly will boost our moods and encourage creativity. Walking also expands connections between brain cells and improves our working memory. Each Wednesday everyone is welcome to meet in the gym at 7:05 am and walk a few laps in the back carpool loop. We encourage all to make this a healthy habit on more than just Wednesdays!

The 2016-17 Andrews Yearbook is available for purchase online only . The yearbooks will be distributed at the end of the school year. Yearbook signing day is Thursday June,1. This day is set aside for students to sign each other’s yearbooks as a fun way to remember the year. If you have more than one child at Andrews, please consider ordering a yearbook for each child as sharing one book on signing day can be difficult.
