Hello and welcome to new and returning students/ families of the Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123's Preschool Program. I’d like to take the opportunity to introduce myself! My name is Christine Fuller, and I am the Preschool Program Supervisor. I look forward to an exciting school year filled with inquiry and learning! Here are a few important things pertinent to this upcoming school year.
Orientation:
We are conducting in person orientations this school year. Please join your child for this meeting in their perspective classrooms.
Wednesday, August 23rd- AM Students 9:30 - 10:30 am
Thursday, August 24th- PM Students 12:30 - 1:30 pm
First Regular Day of School and Bus Service:
The first day of preschool for students will be Friday, August 25th.
Transportation services will begin on Friday, August 25th for those students who have transportation services listed as a related service on their IEP. All other students enrolled in preschool must be transported to and from school by their parents and/or a designee. (Parents must accompany their child to the drop-off area).
AM Session- 8:40 am - 11:10 am
PM Session- 12:40 am - 3:10 pm

Parent Involvement/Parent Volunteering:
As parents, you are the first and most important teacher in your child’s life. Parents will be expected to participate within the preschool program four (4) times during the school year by volunteering in their child’s classroom and/or attending parent engagement activities. Further information will be provided by your child’s teacher.

Information regarding assigned teacher classroom sessions can be found on D123 Skyward Family Access beginning Wednesday, August 16 at Noon.
