Step 1: You my sign it to Outlook online Version

Login to your My GC Portal

Click Outlook Tile

Username: Full Email address (first.lastname@gccisd.net)

Password: Same as Computer Login

Before you upload do the following:

Crop your photo into a square that includes only your face.


Remember this picture will be displayed on every internal email that you send.

Step 2: Add your picture to your profile

Click on your blank avatar or your initals

This is located on the top right of your screen

Click on your Initials

Click Upload a new photo

  1. Browse to the picture you would like to add
  2. Click Open
  3. Picture will appear
  4. Click Apply

This change may take a day to update throughout the district
