As we begin to wrap up the 2021-2022 school year, it is time to prepare for the 2022-2023 school year. If you would like to nominate someone for the upcoming school year's Sward PTA Executive Board, please complete and submit the form attached here. You are welcome to complete the form for as many positions as you would like. It could be one position or all positions. Please write your nominee's first and last name next to the position you would like to nominate them for. All nomination forms are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12.
