3: Last day PTO Charleston Wrap fundraiser

4: National Walk to School Day (we will be walking the bus loop)

4: Vision and Hearing Screenings (4K, 5K, 1st, 3rd, 5th and students new to D5 in 2nd and 4th)

13: Teacher Work Day/Parent Conferences; No school for students

16: Fall Break, No School

18-19: CogAT testing for 4th grade

18-20: CogAT testing for 2nd grade

20: Tent or Treat (watch for details from PTO)

24: Make-up Picture Day

24-25: IOWA testing 2nd grade

26: PTO/5th Grade Chorus Fall Performance, 6:15 – 7:00pm

27: Annual PTO Pumpkin Walk


November

9: Early Release (dismissal at 11:40am)

22-24: Thanksgiving Holiday, no school
