At Friday night's game (9/15) against the Burleson Elks, The Fightin' Roo Marching Band and Color Guard had another successful run of their 2017 production of "Fly to Paradise", premiering their pre-show. Make sure to come out and support these great students.

At Friday night's game (9/22) against the Cooper HS Pirates, The Fightin' Roo Marching Band and Color Guard had another successful run of their 2017 production of "Fly to Paradise", now in full uniforms. Tison and Hall Middle Schools joined for a Mass Band rendition of "Handclap" by Fitz and the Tantrums. It was an excellent performance, and we are excited for the future members of the Fightin' Roo Band.

Greenhand Camp is for freshman students who are participating in their first year of Agricultural Education. This two-day camp emphasizes team building, goal setting, introductory FFA, and leadership. We took 11 ninth grade students to Camp Carter. We received two Top Greenhand awards. 5 students were chosen out of 150. Weatherford was well represented with two awards from Max Adair and Colton Harper.

Mega Lunch
Mega Lunch is 5 days a week. There is a 30 minute A block and a 30 minute B block.
Each offers different tutorials, clubs, and other experiences.
