Students in FCS Basics made tie blankets to donate to SafeNet as part of the FCCLA unit.

Shout out to last week's QOTD WINNERS! We continued working on comparison questions and these kids chose wisely and got to pick between a chocolate bar or $1. The ACEE Foundation gives tremendous support to our classrooms benefiting all APS students! We are looking forward to an outstanding evening on September 21st!

Google is hosting a robotics weekend for our 6th through 10th graders on September 30 and October 1! This introductory weekend is completely free for students, and includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks both days. It is geared toward students curious about robotics but not necessarily with any experience with it. The event will be staffed by Googlers from the Pryor data center campus and will give your children a chance to build a robot as part of a team.
