Appetizingly Yours is a large off-site catering company located in Guelph On.
Weddings, social events and corporate events make up the catering division while a full retail bakery is on site.
The facility is over 7200 square feet with a large organic garden out back which is maintained by our gardener Ken. There are three commercial kitchens within AY, two kitchens are rented out to amazing entrepreneurs in the food industry.
This leaves one large kitchen for catering and our Dinner Series events which host up to 24 people. The Dinner Series are similar to the Lunch labs at the school but on a larger scale.
The Head Chef must have a solid understanding of labour costs and food costing. The retail bakery will require baking and bread knowledge however can be trained for the right person.
Appetizingly Yours has had three Stratford Chefs take on the role as Head Chef in the past and numerous grads have come through the kitchen.
