Community Conversations at CLES
We want to hear from all families and community members!
Dear CLES Families,
In collaboration with our PTA and the HCPSS Department of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), we have planned for several opportunities to have "Community Conversations" with CLES families over the next several months. Our goal is to gather feedback on the school from you, parents and valuable community members. All feedback is confidential. Using the Plan Do Study Act model (see below) for school improvement, we will be using the DEI survey (link below), the information gathered at Community Conversations, and informal feedback to develop a plan for ensuring that CLES is a school that is welcoming and meets the needs of our diverse community in an equitable and inclusive manner.
The specifics of diversity includes, but is not limited to, race/ethnicity , gender, gender identity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, language, culture, religion/beliefs, mental and physical ability, age, and nationality. When we use the term inclusive, we mean all individuals are a part of the CLES community and feel valued, respected, appreciated, and embraced. We want all voices heard.
WHAT: Community conversations at CLES
WHY: To gather as a community to provide feedback on CLES
WHEN: 3 date options below. Pick one.
