Dear Families,


What an amazing spirit week! The hallways were filled with decorations, smiles, and laughter from the staff and students. Thank you for going the extra mile in participating and making Harvey-Swanson such a great place to be for learning and fun!


  • Just a friendly reminder, this week HSE will conduct parent/teacher conferences. Our conference days are Monday and Wednesday. Please contact your child's teacher if you need to adjust your day or time.


  • When you arrive for conferences, you'll find themed baskets from the classrooms lined up in the hallway. You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets, as we raffle off these baskets filled with fantastic items! The ticket sales will range from $1.00 per ticket or $5.00 for an arm length of tickets. All of the proceeds will go to the H.E.L.P. (P.T.O.) Group to continue fun activities for all of the students at Harvey-Swanson. We will draw the winners on Thursday, March 23.

  • In addition, we have the Scholastic book fair set-up in the library. Feel free to stop by and see the latest titles for all ages.

  • We are continuing to collect non-perishable food items for O.C.E.F food pantry through Friday, March 31. Please drop off all non-perishable food items in the boxes available in the lobby.

  • Last call for lost and found items. All items left after March 23 will be donated. Please stop by and take a look when you are here for conferences.
