IMPORTANT REMINDERS
FACULTY MEETINGS
Our first faculty meeting of the month will be held on Wednesday, January 20 at 3 p.m. in the Cafeteria. Dr. Smith will give his "State of the District" address and Trish Pinelli will provide professional development on course eligibility in OnCourse.
Our second faculty meeting of the month will be held on Tuesday, January 26 at 3 p.m. in the Cafeteria. Chris Velderman will provide us with our annual HIB training and Cindy Iarussi will discuss the protocol for contacting DCP&P.
Currently, Chromebooks are only available for 9th grade students through the 1:1 initiative. If a 9th grade student's Chromebook is broken, there are a limited number of Chromebooks available in the Media Center that can be borrowed. However, because of the limited number, they are not available to students who have forgotten their Chromebooks or to other students who are not part of the 1:1 initiative.
END OF THE MARKING PERIOD
The second marking period ends on January 29. Please make sure that your grade book is up to date and that you are posting assignments and grades regularly.
FIELD TRIPS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS
A reminder from the Board Office: please make sure to submit paperwork for field trips and professional development requests at least 45 days prior to the trip for board approval.
