THINGS TO REMEMBER
Field Trips and Chaperones
It's getting to be that time of year when we will be taking field trips for various activities at Dodd. If you are planning to attend any of these, you will have to complete a background check. The link below will take you to the page and can be submitted online. Please be assured that Krum ISD only checks your criminal history and not any sort of financial credit check. Please remember that it takes 10 business days to get these processed and a new one must be completed every year. These forms will also be available in the office if you prefer.
ES3 Awards
Each month, Dodd Intermediate recognizes an educator, support staff member, and student of the month! Please feel free to vote. Click below to submit your vote now!

Computer News and Updates With Mrs. Nabors
We have been practicing our typing skills using the correct hand placement and posture. We have been working on increasing our typing speed. This month we will be taking typing tests to increase and improve our typing skills.
We will also start working on projects using Google Slides. The students will be given a topic and rubric to create a slide presentation. They will present their finished project in class.
Students can go to my webpage to access links to practice their typing skills.

Notes From Music
This month music gets back in the groove of our normal routine. We will continue to sing, play games, and move to music during the week and enjoy Folk Dance Fridays. 4th grade will focus on learning the notes of the Treble Clef. 5th grade will both review Treble Clef and begin learning Bass Clef.
Choir will continue to meet on Tuesdays this month.
