If you have any questions, please direct them to wshsptsacommunications1@gmail.com

Successful Winter Care Kit Drive
24 West Seattle High School families received Winter Care Kits that included non-perishable food, holiday candy, grocery gift cards, warm blankets, coats, socks, family board games, art supplies and hygiene products.
The drive exceeded our needs! Extra items were delivered to a Women's Shelter and will be used in our Teen Health Center for future needs. A special thanks to WS Student Mevina Ott,
member of the Teen Health Council, who led the drive,
and several WSHS Students including the National Honors Society.

PTSA Presents: "Parenting in a Pandemic: Reestablishing Parenting Foundations" January 19th, 7-8:30pm via Zoom with Sound Discipline facilitator, Jen Giomi
Register to get the Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMsf-yhpjkoHNyLCBiInArWxqMuyXD5Og6x.
The pandemic has shaken our foundations and we know our kids are struggling. As we continue to navigate this pandemic and discover the myriad of effects on our lives and our children, it might be time to re-establish those parenting foundations. Join Jen Giomi, Sound Discipline facilitator and WSHS parent, for a science based approach to guiding emotional-regulation and connection, using communication tools to de-escalate conflict, and fostering cooperation in your home. It will be an interactive evening to learn and/or renew tools for kind and firm parenting.
