✍🏻Fine Arts Teachers Need to Complete this Survey Before Tuesday
Fine Arts Teachers: This will be your last communication from the Fine Arts Office if this survey is not completed. We will be taking the information from this survey to create our distribution lists from this point forward.
This is the big survey that we have all fine arts teachers complete so that we have your correct information in our distribution lists for where and what you teach. This is the only way we can gather this information. It is also how we gather information to set Instructional Allotment Funds for your classroom. If we do not have your information in the survey, you will not be issued funds from our office for your classroom.
Please click this link and take your time to be absolutely accurate.
GIVE West, GIVE East, and Gwinnett Online are listed among the high school portion of the school list.
Instructional Allotment Funds
We will be issuing allotments as soon as we get all information in order - Goal is to have all allotments emailed out to you all by Labor Day. Please pay attention to this newsletter to know when you should have received your email from Donna Cravens. Please be patient and look at this weekly newsletter. If you see that your area has been issued the allotment emails and you have not received one– that will be the time to email Donna Cravens and inquire.
Performance and Show Schedules
Please send one email per school to Donna Cravens and David DuBose with all of your scheduled Fine Arts shows and performances for this school year. Please include what the event is, where it is, date, and time of event.
