For our Educator Basic, Pro, and Premium plans, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We do not accept PayPal, checks or purchase orders for these plans. Our Smore for Teams plans can be paid by check, Purchase Order, or bank transfer.
If you cancel your account within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, our Support team will provide you with a refund. Just reach out to us and we will be happy to help!

If you cancel your plan you will still have access to your newsletters. However, any Premium features (like custom backgrounds or attachments) will be disabled. If you subsequently decide to renew your account, your newsletters will have their Pro features reinstated.
