QUOKKA INFORMATION
HABITAT
Picture: vimeo.com. Quokka's live in islands off of Western Australia. Most of their population is in Rottnest Island where there is dense vegetation and it is close to water.(azanmls)
FOOD
Picture: eatigngs.png The quokka eats grasses, sedges, foliage of shrubs, and succulents. Succulents are not only a source of food for the quokkas but also a water supply even if they live near water.(wiki)
PREDATORS

Adaptation
Picture:187426-1-quokka-dreaming.jpg As said before, quokkas are mostly defensive. It's only protection is the ability to run fast through tall grasses and climb trees. They can do nothing to protect themselves when caught or face-to-face dangers.(arkve)
Description

Critical Information
Picture: AustralianFlag.jpg Not many things are being done to help the quokka's apart from the laws the Australian government have passed on. The laws state that when the quokka habitat is being observed by tourists they need to leave the area as if they had not been there in the first place. It also states that they cannot feed the quokka's anything man made.(ans)
