- Ex: stretched rubber band because it can fly across the room, water behind a dam because it can fall down the dam.

Solar energy- Solar energy comes from the sun witch plants need to make food. Plants need the sun to make food,and they need to make food to make energy.we can use the sun to power some things in our homes.

Potential energy- the motion that has the potential to move but doesn't move. Ex: water behind a dam because it can fall down the dam.
