Krum FFA Members Showcase Their Showmanship Skills at the Krum FFA Local Project Show

On Thursday, March 2 a crowd of parents, grandparents, and guests filled the Krum FFA Show Barn to watch the FFA members showcase their showmanship skills. FFA members have diligently been putting in early mornings and late nights working with their livestock projects in preparation for the upcoming Denton County Youth Fair to be held April 4-8.

Members were divided into Jr. and Sr. categories by livestock species and presented their projects to judge, Mr. Brent Lankford of Ponder. The rabbit exhibitors also participated in a showmanship clinic and contest with the assistance of Mrs. Shelly Ruland of Sanger. Congratulations to the following champion showmen.

KISD Spring Break!

Just a friendly reminder, that all KISD campuses will be closed throughout the week of March 13 - 17 for Spring Break! We will welcome students back to KMS on Monday, March 20th! We hope that everyone has a happy, safe time away from school!

Spring Break Out @ KMS

On Friday, March 10th all KMS students will be invited to purchase a Kona Ice snow cone during their lunches. The prices for snow cones will range from $2 - $6. Twenty percent of all sales comes back to our campus! What a great way to "chill" with friends and celebrate the start of Spring Break!
