6th Grade - Rhapsody in Blue (FINAL SONG)!
We are going to have a mini celebration and friendly competition with the 6th grade band on April 14 during school (9:50 AM - 11:20 AM). Students will be performing ALL the pieces they learned as well as be quizzed on their trivia facts for points. After the competition, we will have a celebratory lunch with pizza and a huge cake! I handed out a sheet this week during morning rehearsal to let me know if your student is planning on eating the pizza and cake lunch. If they are, please send it back with $5. If not, please send it back saying they are bringing their own lunch so that I don't count them for pizza. If you have any questions, please let me know!

The program will include our concerto winners on the first half, followed by a program of music all inspired by the works of William Shakespeare.
